Privacy policy

What we store

• What you give for a reading: a palm or face photograph, a floor plan (optional, vastu), your name and date of birth (numerology), room directions (vastu), and any optional details you add — name, gender, date of birth, relationship status.
• The report we write for you, so you can reopen it at its link.
• A random device id kept in your browser's storage. It is how a guest's readings are found again on the same browser.
• For a paid reading: the email address and UPI reference (UTR) you enter, and the amount — so we can match your payment, email you the link when your reading is ready, and contact you about any problem.
• If you sign in with Google: your name and email address from Google, and which readings belong to your account.
• Technical context of each reading: IP address, approximate location derived from it (city, region, country), browser platform, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) if you arrived from a link that carried them.

How long we keep it

• Photographs and floor plans are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
• Raw IP addresses are deleted 30 days after the reading; the approximate location and campaign are kept.
• An unpaid reading that is never confirmed expires 24 hours after it was started.
• Reports and account details are kept until you ask us to delete them — write to [email protected] from the email on the reading or account.

Who processes it

To write a report, the photograph and details are sent to the AI model provider we use, only for that request. Our servers and database are hosted in India-accessible cloud infrastructure operated for us; nobody else receives your inputs.

Our team can see a reading's inputs and report in our operator desk, to confirm payments and to answer your questions. We do not look at photographs for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages are used, when they are enabled on the site. The address of a report page is never sent to them with its id — the id is cut out before anything leaves your browser — and session recording is paused while a report is open.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any data.

Your choices

• You can take every reading as a guest, without an account.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at [email protected].
• Clearing your browser's storage removes the device id; sign in first if you want to keep your readings.
