Privacy policy

What we store

• What you give for a reading: a palm or face photograph, a floor plan (optional, vastu), your name and date of birth (numerology), room directions (vastu), and any optional details you add — name, gender, date of birth, relationship status.
• The report we write for you, so you can reopen it at its link.
• A random device id kept in your browser's storage. It is how a guest's readings are found again on the same browser.
• For a paid reading: the email address and UPI reference (UTR) you enter, and the amount — so we can match your payment, email you the link when your reading is ready, and contact you about any problem.
• If you sign in with Google: your name and email address from Google, and which readings belong to your account.
• Every free result you compute — a kundli, a kundli matching, a calculator answer (rashi, lagna, nakshatra, manglik, sade sati, dasha, numerology) and your My Kundli dashboard — with the birth details you entered, a short summary of the result (lagna, Moon sign, nakshatra, the running dasha, a match score, your numbers), the site language and the time. It is tied to the scrambled form of the random device id below and, once you give one, to your phone number or email. See 'The results you compute, and the contact we ask for'.
• Technical context of each reading: IP address, approximate location derived from it (city, region, country), browser platform, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) if you arrived from a link that carried them.

How long we keep it

• Photographs and floor plans are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
• Raw IP addresses are deleted 30 days after the reading; the approximate location and campaign are kept.
• Anonymous usage counts are deleted 90 days after they were recorded.
• Details you save beside a free result (your phone number or email, the saved birth details and your consent choices) are kept until you delete them, and are deleted automatically 24 months after you last used them.
• A free result computed without a saved contact is deleted 90 days after it was computed. Once a contact is saved on that device, its results are kept with the contact — until you delete it, or 24 months after you last used it.
• An unpaid reading that is never confirmed expires 24 hours after it was started (72 hours for chart reports, which use no photographs).
• Reports and account details are kept until you ask us to delete them — write to [email protected] from the email on the reading or account.

Who processes it

To write a report, the photograph and details are sent to the AI model provider we use, only for that request. Our servers and database are hosted in India-accessible cloud infrastructure operated for us; nobody else receives your inputs.

Our team can see a reading's inputs and report in our operator desk, to confirm payments and to answer your questions. We do not look at photographs for any other purpose.

Anonymous usage counts

To learn which free tools and pages help people, and where the site needs work, we keep our own anonymous counts: which tool was used or page opened (for example 'kundli made', 'panchang page viewed', 'report preview opened', 'order paid'), the page address without anything after the '?', the site language, whether the device is a phone or a computer, the country, and — for the first page of a visit — the name of the site that linked here (such as google.com) and any utm_source/medium/campaign tags in the link.

Each count carries a scrambled (keyed hash) form of the random device id above, so we can count unique visitors without knowing who they are. The counts never include your birth details, name, email, phone number, IP address or a report's id; we store those only when you give them for a reading, a saved profile, an account or a save beside a free result, as described on this page.

Search engines, link previews, our own uptime checks and our website's own server are not counted. Counts are deleted automatically after 90 days.

When another website shows our free panchang widget, each showing is counted with the widget's type, its city page, the language and the name of that website (such as example.org) — no device id, no cookie, and nothing about the visitor beyond the same phone-or-computer and country counts.

When you save your details beside a free result

Under a free result — the kundli, matching, the calculators and My Kundli — you can choose to save it. The result is complete and free whether or not you do.

• What we keep: the phone number or the email address you type (you choose which), the birth details you are saving (a name if you gave one, date, time and place), which tool, page and language you saved from and when, the country of your connection, and the scrambled device id described under 'Anonymous usage counts'. We do not check that the number or email is yours.
• Why: to keep these details for you and give you, at once, a private link to reopen them on any device and the PDF. Pressing 'Save' is your consent to this, and it is the only use unless you tick a box.
• The two optional boxes — 'Send me this kundli and future updates on WhatsApp/email when available' and 'Daily panchang & dasha/transit alerts' — are separate, never ticked for you, and not needed for anything else. We record each choice with the exact words you saw and the time. We do not send any messages yet; when delivery starts we will message only people who ticked a box, and the first message will ask you to confirm. You can untick either box at any time under 'Message preferences' on the card.
• How long: until you delete it, or 24 months after you last used it (saved, changed a choice, or opened the private link), when it is deleted automatically.
• How to delete: press 'Delete my details' on the card in the browser you saved from — the number or email, the saved birth details and the consent record are erased at once. From another device, or after clearing your browser, write to [email protected] with the number or email you saved (from that email address, if you saved an email); we delete it within 7 days and confirm.
• Who sees it: our team, in our operator desk, to answer you and — only if you ticked a box — to send what you asked for once delivery exists. We never sell or rent these details and never share them with advertisers or anyone else.
• Anyone who has your private link can see the details saved through it, so share the link only with people you trust.

The results you compute, and the contact we ask for

Every free result is kept on our server, whether or not you leave a contact. Before a result is shown, we ask for a phone number or an email (you choose which). You can press 'Skip for now' instead, once per device: the result is shown without a contact, and the next result asks again. A device that has saved a contact is not asked again. The result is computed either way; asking never changes what you get.

• What we keep: the birth details you entered (a name if you gave one, date, time and place; both people for a matching; name and date for numerology), a short summary of the result as listed under 'What we store', the tool, the language and the time, and the scrambled device id. With a contact: the phone number or email you typed, which we do not verify.
• Why: to show you the result, keep it for you and link it to the contact you give, so it can be delivered to you and reopened on any device. Pressing 'Show my result' is the same consent as pressing 'Save' on the card: keep the details and the contact, and nothing else.
• The two optional boxes — updates on WhatsApp/email, and daily panchang and dasha/transit alerts — are separate, never ticked for you and not needed to see the result. Nothing is sent yet; see 'When you save your details beside a free result'.
• How long: a result with no contact is deleted after 90 days. Once a contact is saved on that device, the results computed on it — earlier and later ones — belong to the contact and are deleted with it: when you delete it, or 24 months after you last used it.
• How to delete: 'Delete my details' on the saved card erases the contact, the saved births and the results from that device at once. From another device, or after clearing your browser, write to [email protected] with the number or email you saved; we delete everything linked to it within 7 days. Results computed without a contact cannot be matched to a person by us or by you, so they are not deletable on request; they expire on their own after 90 days.
• Who sees it: our team, in the operator desk, to answer you and to see which tools are used. The desk can reopen a result page from the stored birth details. We never sell or share these results.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages are used, when they are enabled on the site. The address of a report page is never sent to them with its id — the id is cut out before anything leaves your browser — and session recording is paused while a report is open.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any data.

Your choices

• You can take every reading as a guest, without an account.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at [email protected].
• Saving your details beside a free result is optional; delete them yourself at any time with 'Delete my details', and withdraw a messaging choice by unticking it.
• You can see a result without leaving a contact by pressing 'Skip for now' (once per device). Every result is still kept for 90 days, without any contact.
• Clearing your browser's storage removes the device id; sign in first if you want to keep your readings.
