Most pages you find for “Libra and Scorpio compatibility” are about Western Sun signs — the Sun's sign on your birthday, in the tropical zodiac — and many add a percentage no rule produces. This page uses the Vedic Moon sign (rashi): the sign the Moon was in at birth, in the sidereal (Lahiri) zodiac.
