Rashifal 2027 is shaped by three slow moves: Jupiter slips back from Leo into Cancer on 25 January 2027 and returns to Leo on 26 June, Saturn enters Aries on 3 June 2027 at 05:27 IST before stepping back into Pisces on 20 October, and Rahu and Ketu stay in Capricorn and Cancer all year. Everything below is counted from your Moon sign (rashi), per Lahiri ayanamsa, from our own engine.

The big sky of 2027
Jupiter: Leo, Cancer, Leo, Virgo
Jupiter enters Leo on 31 October 2026, but it is retrograde from 13 December 2026, and on 25 January 2027 at 01:32 it slips back into Cancer, its sign of exaltation. It turns direct on 13 April, re-enters Leo on 26 June 2027 at 05:18, is combust from 16 August to 15 September, and moves into Virgo on 26 November 2027 at 18:44. So for most of the first half of 2027 Jupiter is in Cancer, and for most of the second half it is in Leo. Details in our post on the Jupiter transit in Leo.
Saturn: into Aries and back
Saturn is in Pisces until 3 June 2027, when it enters Aries, its sign of debilitation. It is combust from 21 March to 25 April, turns retrograde on 9 August, slips back into Pisces on 20 October 2027 and turns direct on 24 December 2027. It re-enters Aries for good on 23 February 2028. Rahu and Ketu: Capricorn and Cancer all year
Rahu entered Capricorn and Ketu Cancer on 25 November 2026 (true node; about 5 December by the mean node), so the axis does not change in 2027. Rahu moves from Dhanishta into Shravana on 21 April 2027 and into Uttara Ashadha on 26 November 2027.
Retrogrades
- Mars is retrograde from 10 January 2027 (18:24) to 1 April 2027 (19:41). It starts in Leo, backs into Cancer on 10 March, and returns to Leo on 26 April.
- Mercury is retrograde three times: 9 February – 3 March (Aquarius and Capricorn), 10 June – 5 July (Gemini) and 7 – 28 October (Libra and Virgo).
- Venus is combust from 6 July to 17 September 2027, which is why few wedding dates fall in that stretch.

Aries (Mesh)
Saturn moves from your 12th into your own sign on 3 June, so sade sati enters its middle phase, a time tradition reads as steady, responsible effort.
