Moon signs, not Sun signs
Most pages you find for “Gemini and Capricorn compatibility” are about Western Sun signs — the Sun's sign on your birthday, in the tropical zodiac — and many add a percentage no rule produces. This page uses the Vedic Moon sign (rashi): the sign the Moon was in at birth, in the sidereal (Lahiri) zodiac. For most people the two are different signs, and gun milan is built on the Moon sign and nakshatra.
