Frequently asked questions
When does Jupiter enter Cancer in 2025?
Jupiter enters Cancer on 18 Oct 2025, 7:48 PM, slips back into Gemini while retrograde on 5 Dec 2025, 5:25 PM, moves into Cancer on 2 Jun 2026, 1:50 AM, moves into Leo on 31 Oct 2026, 12:02 PM, slips back into Cancer while retrograde on 25 Jan 2027, 1:32 AM, and leaves for Leo for good on 26 Jun 2027, 5:18 AM.
Why does Jupiter go back into Gemini?

Which nakshatras does Jupiter pass through?
In order: Punarvasu, Pushya, Ashlesha, Magha. The time it enters each is in the table above.
Is this transit good or bad for my sign?
It depends on the house the planet occupies from your Moon sign — the table above gives the classical reading for all twelve — and more on your own chart: the dasha you are running, the sign’s ashtakavarga points and where the planet sits at birth. Gochar is one layer; treat it like weather, not fate. Nothing needs to be bought to ‘fix’ it.
